She competed at a national level, winning a bronze at the junior nationals and later gained her black belt. In recent years, Christine enjoyed learning Krav Maga. Due to her competitive sporting background, Christine understands the need to return to sport following injury and will advise you and provide some rehabilitation to aid full recovery so you can return to the sport you love doing.

To me Christine is a miracle worker, having suffered with back pain on and off for years, one visit is enough to get me back up and straight, Without the continuous need of using pain relief medication. See you next wk !!.

Amazing, miracle worker, professional. the list goes on, I was in agony, suffered for 2 weeks wondering what to do about shoulder and chest pain following a lifting injury. 2 sessions cured!!!! I literally went from barely being able to breath for the pain to better in 2 days, and then the 2nd treatment sorted the rest. Thankyou Christine!!!

Finally got round to seeing Christine for my Achilles problem that I’ve suffered with for several years now. In a matter of a few sessions it’s nearly back to feeling normal! Wish I had seen her sooner and I might have been able to keep my running going..... thank you so much.
